Hello dear readers, passer byers, and hidden lurkers. I am chilling on my apartment floor, my back sitting close to the warmth of our heater. This morning marks one of the first proper chills of the season here in the southern hemisphere, a frigid 5 degrees that signs the arrival of crisp, blue skies and brilliant sunshine. This is not your dreary, grey-ol-day type of weather. Rather, it is the kind that makes you want to step into the shade just to feel the sharpness of the cold on your skin. It's not quite cold enough to make you yearn for a flight back to Europe, but it's close enough.
